is an artistic centre, that was established on the initiative of the artistic non-governmental community, supported by the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Mieczysław Struk, and Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport.
PIK will be a place not only for creative works but also a "school" providing knowledge for artists who wish to start their own business, and to implement their artistic projects (specialist support: mentoring, exhibition curators, art business).
We help artists from Pomerania whose activities have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

POMORSKI INKUBATOR KULTURY
Artists who enrol will receive:
Unlimited use of 3 art studios with equipment. (workshops: painting, sculpture, ceramics).
Use of dance and theatre studio.
Use of the music rehearsal studio.
Creator magazines for works, tools, etc.
Cultural know-how. Advice, training, and career assistance.

Signing contract
We accept artists applications by the 10th of each month.
The decision on qualification (depends on the availability of atelier) and will be informed by the end of the month by the application has been submitted.
The duration of the residency
in the Pomeranian Culture Incubator
is for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
During this period, each Pomeranian artist or artistic team qualified for the residence does not bear any costs of functioning in PIK. After completing your residency, you can apply for another one.
Continuous recruitment
for PIK starts on March Ist, 2021. We have a limited number of places. If the studio is full, we then put the artist on the reserve waiting list.
